How long does shipping take?

 
 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Each order is shipped within 1 - 3 days from purchase. We ship using Canada Post.

Domestic orders (Canada) usually take 2 - 8 business days from shipping.

On average, orders to the US take 5 - 10 business days to arrive and International orders 10 - 15 business days.

That said, sometimes they make take up to 13 weeks (sometimes longer) to be delivered. Unfortunately, once the package crosses the border I do not have any control over customs, and there are occasions where the package may be held a bit longer for processing. This is especially true during the holiday rush. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the post office.

 

Tracking is now automatically included for US + International orders (except letter post). For Canadian orders, unless you specifically select tracking at checkout, I cannot provide any tracking info for your order. I’m sorry! (unfortunately tracking is very expensive, so I don’t include it automatically to keep shipping costs down). That said, I do offer tracking as an add-on/upgrade at checkout, at an additional fee.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship all over the world!

 

What's your return/exchange policy?

Because I run a small independent shop, returns/exchanges are not available at this point. That is, unless your product is damaged or if there's an error in your order (on our part). Five15 is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages, errors at the post office, mistakes in addresses (double check before your purchase you've given us your correct address!) or if your pin falls off (this is rare but we recommend purchasing a locking pin back if you're worried!).
